As this love bloomed, it led her to study and work as a chef for a non profit, wild foods café in Durango, Colorado. She flourished and grew her cooking skills for 6 years there, as she had creative freedom to continuously come up with new, healthy recipes. She went on to offer farm to table dinners, worked as a personal chef, as a tempeh and miso maker, and has catered events and retreats. With more than 11 years of experience, Chloe believes food is a language of the heart. Her cooking, an act of love, weaving the gifts of the land into deeply nourishing her community.
